Fiber arts became my therapy, my expression, and my connection.

It began with curiosity — from a high school friend — and it grew into something so much more. Spinning, crocheting, weaving, even dyeing yarn... every process unlocked a new layer of peace and purpose in my life. I found joy in the rhythm of making, and I realized that these little crafts held big healing.
